vPass Visitor Management System
Yellow Edge’s vPass is a Web based Secure Visitor Management Solution that streamlines the process of visitor enrolment and management whilst ensuring the safety and security of your facility.
How it Works
Stationed at the initial point of contact (usually a reception or security gate), vPass allows your staff capture the relevant visitor information (from new visitors) or retrieve pre-registered user information (for returning visitors).
A valid pass is generated with the collected information which allows the visitor access the specifc departments/offices in the organization. This pass is then presented at point of exit so the visitor can be signed out.
Multiple Device Options
Weather it’s used on a large Desktop screen, Mobile tablet device or handheld phone size screen. vPass is built to be easily adaptable on all device screen sizes irrespective of operating system being used and other traditional manufacturer constraints.
